• Under no circumstances is the Consultant responsible for any expenses resulting from changes or delays by the Client, their architects, designers, contractors, suppliers, or any other parties involved in the proposed project. 

• Under no circumstances is the Consultant responsible for costs or damages incurred by the Client or any 3rd party in connection with the proposed project.

• Under no circumstances is the Consultant responsible for any expenses or delays caused by bad weather or geological issues. 

 

To the best of our knowledge, we guarantee that all information on this is a sincere representation of the subject and make no claim for absolute effectiveness. The Client hereby promises to pay the fees of the Consultant’s services in Full once the invoice is sent.
